Meet the Team
TARIQ SMITH
CEO | DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY
As the CEO and Director of Strategy for 322x Productions and Creations, Tariq oversees the execution of the company’s broader long-term goals, which includes managing the company’s assets, establishing and maintaining our strategic brand partnerships, while ensuring a balanced approach to the firm’s priorities.

BIO: After picking up his first DSLR camera as a teenager in high-school, Tariq developed an eye and affinity for the creative world of digital media. What started off as a hobby quickly turned into a passion, with Tariq— alongside co-founder Jason Davis, launching 322X as an extra-curricular project to help young creatives in the Philadelphia area produce and create art during the depths of the Great Recession, when school funding and other resources that young men and women relied on were being cut citywide. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Communcations with a concentration in TV and Radio Broadcasting from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2016, Tariq took on a series of roles that strengthened his sales and business acumen, including his work as a banker for Citizen's Financial Group and through his multimedia work with a national weddings and events franchise. Tariq has served as CEO and Director Of Strategy for 322X since 2017.

JASON M. DAVIS
CFO | DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT
As the CFO and Director of Product for 322x Productions and Creations, Jason is responsible for the financial planning, actions, and duties of the company, while also supervising the firm's products to ensure that they meet our clients' needs.

Bio: Since partnering with Tariq in high school, Jason has always possessed creative multimedia storytelling abilities with a unique worldwide perspective. Jason’s journey, initially starting with a natural curiosity for business, has led him into working closely with Tariq to help support other young creatives who didn’t have the resources to tell their story to the world. With a background in economics from Pace University, Jason shares a perspective that ranges far beyond his roots of West Philadelphia and can relay his messages to any cultures and communities that he interacts with.
